Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing. Although Reiki has roots in Japan, the practice of Reiki Energy Healing transcends all cultures and religions; Reiki works on all people, energetic beings, and even situations!

Completion of this Training Course will make you a Certified Practitioner of Usui Reiki, giving you the opportunity to practice Reiki Energy Healing on:

In this training, you will learn how to incorporate Reiki far beyond a massage table, into everyday things like:

Instead of cramming the entire Level One training into one day and then being left to your own devices, this training takes place in four sessions, over the span of two weekends(with Sundays off!). This structure will allow you to practice what you've learned over the weekend out in the real world, and then come back to complete training with questions and a whole new perspective!
This training goes far beyond the scope of the official Reiki training handbook. Annelise teaches a blend of Science and Spirituality and will include other important topics like:

You won't be left high and dry after training is over! You will be virtually connected with your classmates to keep in touch and talk all things Reiki. You will also have access to Annelise's broader online community, which will give you access to: join free monthly Soul Circles, watch Reiki transmission videos, ask questions, and sign up for other training opportunities!

Who's Teaching?
Annelise Williams, M.S.Ed, Reiki Master Teacher
Annelise has been certified in Reiki for 10 years, has an educational background in psychology, and has been trained in several healing practices like yoga and trauma sensitive modalities. She blends Science and Spirituality to take a Trauma Sensitive approach to all the work she does. Learn more about her experience, philosophies, and credentials here:
What's Included
In addition to 4 training sessions with Annelise, any powerpoints and handouts she uses, you will also receive:
Official Reiki Manual
You will receive the official Reiki training manual that is considered the gold standard of the International Center for Reiki Training. This manual can also be used in Reiki Level Two training, should you choose to advance your training in the future.
Level One Certificate
You will leave this training as a Certified Usui Reiki Level One Practitioner! This will enable you to practice Reiki on yourself, friends and family, animals, and to help your community as a whole. This certificate will enable you to advance to the next levels of training, inlcuding Level Two, and eventually the third level, known as the Reiki Master Level.
Access to Online Community
A lifetime resource beyond the classroom! Not only will you have a way to stay connected with your classmates and ask Annelise questions after the training, you will also have access to the many free resources Annelise offers for her virtual commuity, like monthly Soul Circles, Reiki transmission videos, and educational content!
