Annelise was wonderful. Her soul guidance session had opened my heart and mind to facing a deeper spiritual block I hadn't realised I had. During our session I was able to mentally visualise where in my chakras I had a spiritual block, and turn that into a living, breathing, changing object at the forefront of my mind. I felt completely relaxed and heightened, and because of this I was able to see some crazy visuals that confronted apart of myself I could not see before...Externally, it felt like I could visualize and feel light swirls all around my body. Annelise informed me I was a light worker, and I had never felt more at home knowing my block and what I was capable of spiritually. I finally felt at peace. And I realized from that visualization that my block was the relationships I’ve had in my past, and the continuous trauma and mirroring of them that I kept chasing. I am so grateful to have had such an eye opening experience. Because of this experience, I’ve been able to start healing and take back my feminine power. I’ve also been able to start loving me for me, and trusting my intuition/guidance from my spirit guides.

Annelise is a rare spiritual healer that is truly trauma informed. She understands trauma on a somatic level and will not spiritually bypass how trauma embodies itself in physical form. She address the person on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. She has the kindest and warmest energy that makes you feel safe, protected and cared for. I gained more insight about myself in the 45 minutes I spent with Annelise than I have in over three years of intentional self development. I was successfully able to identify my block (which has consistently been a problem for me), which allowed me to expose and remove it from myself. In this immediate aftermath, I feel enlightened and have a feeling of clarity. Clarity about who I am, where I am presently and where I want to be in the future. I loved our session and immediately felt lighter afterwards. It's powerful to visualize all the energy blocks we have into something "physical" so when they come up again I hold space for them instead of resisting, which makes it so much easier to let them go.
